What a great video. It's awesome to watch the transformation take place. It's hard to believe that Newton is half the size of Sasha--he's holding his own!

Is it only Shelties that play like this? Or do all breeds do the nip and retreat routine! I thought I was watching Indy and Bacca play, looking at your two! Although Bacca's form of retreat is to turn Indy on his back and sit on him!

And then when their done their rough housing, they'll both lick each other's faces, like cats! Meow!

Meggie and Lucy play like that all the time. Lucy is half chihuahua half long haired dachsund. They have a grand old time!

Janet, Newton is looking so good and sooooooooo happy! What a blessed day when you went to pick him up. His life has changed forever!
 
That is just such a heartwarming video Janet.He looks wonderful,as does Sasha. Are Angus & Newton getting along better?

I can't wait to show Brian this video,he talks about Newton,and wonders how he is doing also. I just had my son watch the video,and was giving him a little background on how Newton came to live with you.He thought both of the babes were so awesome.

Eric & Lynn have loved the day here with Trapp,and everyone is doing quite well.Only one episode of a growl & snap by the oldest Chihuahua Lucy.I think Trapp's male "hormones" may have got him in trouble today!!!!:yes:
 
The change in Newton in such a short time is amazing! He's becoming the loving, playful pup a Sheltie should be. :) You've done such a wonderful thing for this little guy. It's been great to watch him go from a timid little guy to the playful, happy pup we are seeing now.
 
Newton looks great and good for him holding his own against Sasha.

(I love the sneak peeks of your other furballs looking in the glass door!)
 
Newton looks wonderful. He sure has come a long way in a short time. Thank you for sharing his journey with us. :smile2:
 
What an improvement. You must be proud. He weighs about the same as my granddaughter. She was born Monday 9lbs 4oz. :smile2:
