1) MY RUG! Ok it's probably not that bad for him. But when you may have to sell your house the last thing you need is to need to have your carpet replaced not because it's dirty, or a dog went potty on it too many times, but because a pup thinks the rug is the closest thing to grass inside the house so he can eat it.
2) Coins. I do most of my purchasing with a debt card, so I haven't had change in the house in ages. Somehow Vash has found a stash of them somewhere in the house and I don't know where. Luckly he doesn't have a whole lot of intrest in eating them, he picks them up in his mouth drags them somewhere he can play and then all you hear is jumping, scratching and barking.
3) A screw. I had been repairing trim on my house and as anyone will tell you when working on a ladder you'll likely lose some hardware. Well one night when I took Vash out for his nightly potty session he managed to find one of the screws that I had dropped and not found, and brought it inside with out me knowing. A few min after coming inside, I hear him barking/jumping/ you know typical play behavior, I looked down and on the ground in front of him was a screw, which I promptly removed.
4) My headphone wires. I used to be the owner of a really nice computer headset with a microphone. I used them while playing games or making computer calls. One night Vash wandered in to the room all tuckered out, and laid down at my feet. I thought "Wow this is a first he's just hanging out with me instead of wanting to play. It's great". So I continued on doing what I was doing, and Vash was being an incredibly normal dog for a while. Well after a while I started having some issues with sound on the headphones, I grabbed the coord thinking that I might have pulled it out accidentally. As I began to pull the coord to plug it back in I found frayed wires instead, I looked down and Vash was just staring back up at me with a peice of coord in his mouth.
5) Printer Power Cable. Luckly my printer was unplugged when this happened, but Vash managed to chew straight through my printers power cable in a matter of moments one night.
6) Shoe Laces. Vash has a shoe lace addiction, he likes to suck on them and then when he's had his fill he bites them off. This results in a fun trip to the bathroom next morning when he walks for a half mile or so in a poop squat because it just won't drop out thanks to the shoe lace, or alternatively me chasing a running sheltie in a poop squat who doesn't want to let me near his rear end. It's also rather fustrating when you try to tie your shoes and realize you can't.
I guess I should be thankful he's not a poop eater.
