Been Feeding PuPPY food--Now dog is 3 years old- need best adult food in market

I'm not sure going with 3 different foods will be good for her digestive system. I doubt anything short of a permanent (or long term) switch will do it. But that's just my two cents.

I was gonna try and see which one she likes the best. She likes some foods better than others and one of these may cause problems and one may not. I have to see which one works for her.
 
Yes, many top sheltie breeders do feed pro plan. Many of them don't have any problem with their dogs getting corn and grain laden foods. Many breeders feed pro plan because it is cheaper than most of the premium grain free higher quality foods. Also, because they have many dogs, and they get breeder rewards from pro plan.

Yes, my breeder was feeding pro plan and I did too for a long time. |It was ok. No dog will ever die from it. I've noticed a real change in both the boys coats since I switched over to Horizen. Virtually no shedding - and Indy used to be really bad for that. He would blow his coat for just about any reason. And his butt used to be so thick with matted undercoat, it was ridiculous. Now he has just a goodly amount of furpants.

Well, you could try a small hand full of each to see which taste she likes, but don't switch back and forth. Pick one and stick with it for awhile.

Mine get Eagle Pack Holistic and a food called Now for my show girl which is grain free and chock full of really good stuff. Neither are super high protein food since my vet thinks those can impact their kidneys long term. But I've had really good luck with top quality kibble.

I looked at NOW! It was high on my list. I went with Horizon because it was Canadian-made (need to be patriotic!) :yes:

Sorry again! Dry food - no matter how, it's dried, is kibble in my book. Unless, the food is dried strips of raw meat with nothing else mixed in to it. I suppose I could be convinced that is raw.
 
I used to feed pro plan as well (I've tried all the varieties and they did love the selects range). But I was told it has high sodium levels so switched to Eagle Pack. We don't get the variety of brands you get though so Eagle Pack is top of the line here.

Yes, i am going to see which one she likes best. but people who tried the Zeeweepeak tells me that they haven't met a dog that didn't like Ziwipeak. It is like a Treat more than food to the dogs. They say it is the best tasting dog food in the market as well.
